About The Position

Dartmouth Health is seeking a BE/BC Neurologist with fellowship training in neuromuscular medicine to join their growing neurology team in southern New Hampshire. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a specialized neuromuscular practice while also maintaining a general neurology panel, combining focused subspecialty work with the variety and continuity of community-based care. The position involves a blended practice with a dedicated neuromuscular clinic focusing on EMG/NCS, neuromuscular disorders, ALS, myasthenia gravis, peripheral neuropathies, and myopathies, alongside general outpatient neurology. The neurologist will collaborate closely with a supportive, established neurology team and strong working relationships with subspecialists across the Dartmouth Health system. An EMG lab and diagnostic support are available on-site. This is an outpatient-only position with no in-hospital call requirements and minimal telephone call coverage (1:8 weeks). Approximately 2-3 days per week will be spent in the Concord clinic.

Requirements

Board-certified in neurology by the ABMS or AOA.
Fellowship training in neuromuscular medicine.
Ability to obtain/maintain NH medical license and federal DEA.

Responsibilities

Build a specialized neuromuscular practice.
Maintain a general neurology panel.
Conduct dedicated neuromuscular clinic sessions.
Manage patients with neuromuscular disorders including ALS, myasthenia gravis, peripheral neuropathies, and myopathies.
Perform EMG/NCS procedures.
Provide general outpatient neurology care.
Collaborate with a supportive neurology team and subspecialists.
Participate in telephone call coverage (1:8 weeks).
