About The Position

Dartmouth Health Cheshire Medical Center is seeking a BE/BC Neurologist with fellowship training in neuromuscular medicine to join their growing neurology team in Keene, New Hampshire. This role offers a unique opportunity to establish a specialized neuromuscular practice while also managing a general neurology patient panel, blending focused subspecialty work with the variety and continuity of community-based care. The position involves a dedicated neuromuscular clinic focusing on EMG/NCS, neuromuscular disorders, ALS, myasthenia gravis, peripheral neuropathies, and myopathies, alongside general outpatient neurology. The neurologist will collaborate closely with a supportive, established neurology team and subspecialists across the Dartmouth Health system. An EMG lab is available on-site, and the location is eligible for Conrad 30 J-1 visa waivers.

Requirements

• Board-certified in neurology by the ABMS or AOA.
• Ability to obtain/maintain NH medical license and federal DEA.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patient-centered approach to care.
• Commitment to collaboration, teamwork, and professional growth within a community-based practice.
• Fellowship training in neuromuscular medicine.

Responsibilities

• Build a specialized neuromuscular practice.
• Maintain a general neurology panel.
