About The Position

Dartmouth Health Cheshire Medical Center is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible neurologist with fellowship training in Movement Disorders to join their growing Neurology team in Keene, NH. This is a unique opportunity to build a specialized movement disorders practice while maintaining a general neurology caseload, ideal for a physician who wants both subspecialty focus and the variety of community-based general neurology. The role involves a 25% dedicated movement disorders clinic (Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, dystonia, and related disorders) combined with a 75% general neurology outpatient practice. There is a collaborative relationship with Dartmouth Health's academic neurology department in Lebanon, NH, including access to subspecialty consultation and shared educational resources. The position offers the opportunity to help shape a sub-specialist split model for the Keene neurology service line, working alongside colleagues to build referral patterns across the region. EMG/EEG availability is present, and the position is Conrad 30 J-1 visa waiver eligible.

Requirements

• Board-certified/board-eligible neurologist
• Fellowship training in Movement Disorders
• BC/BE in Neurology (ABMS or AOA)
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited neurology residency
• Eligibility for medical licensure in New Hampshire
• Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based patient care
• Strong communication skills
• Dedication to coordinated, team-based care
