As a Neurology Veterinary Assistant, you will be involved in a diverse range of cases, operating CT or MRI scans, and participating in advanced neurological treatments and procedures. Requirements

Prior veterinary experience required
Proficient in calculations (drugs, constant rate infusions, unit conversions, etc.)
Flexibility with work hours and able to work additional hours when necessary
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

previous neurology experience desired

Responsibilities

Assist in surgical procedures
Client communications, scheduling and education over the phone and face to face
Manage appointments, obtain histories and updated patient information
Accurate and thorough documentation of medical records
Assist with spinal and joint tap procedures, and perform venipuncture
