About The Position

Carondelet Medical Group, in partnership with Tenet Healthcare, is building one of Southern Arizona's most comprehensive neuroscience teams. This is an outpatient-focused neurology role with a clean Monday–Friday clinic schedule, managing a volume of 15–20 patients per day. You will practice alongside fellowship-trained stroke and functional medicine specialists, an epileptologist, and a high-functioning neurosurgical group, with seamless care continuity from outpatient clinic to inpatient settings. St. Joseph's Hospital anchors the practice with DNV-certified Comprehensive Stroke Center status, AHA Stroke Gold Plus recognition, and advanced imaging and surgical capabilities. This is a physician-led group where your clinical voice carries weight and your infrastructure is built to support you. The role offers robust administrative support, including in-house marketing, centralized billing, credentialing, HR, and operations, and benefits from a deep, established referral base through one of Southern Arizona's largest multi-specialty groups (100+ providers).

Requirements

MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one

Responsibilities

Manage a volume of 15–20 patients per day in an outpatient clinic setting.
Collaborate with fellowship-trained stroke and functional medicine colleagues, an epileptologist, and APPs.
Integrate with an experienced inpatient/outpatient neurosurgical team.
Utilize a deep, established referral base through one of Southern Arizona's largest multi-specialty groups.
