About The Position

Carondelet Medical Group is establishing a specialized neurology practice focused on subspecialty expertise within an integrated neuroscience ecosystem. This Movement Disorder Neurologist position offers a collaborative setting with other neurology subspecialists (stroke, epilepsy, functional neurology) and a co-located neurosurgery team. It is an outpatient-only role designed for a physician seeking to focus on their subspecialty with a supportive practice infrastructure and built-in referral network. The role emphasizes physician autonomy and a manageable patient volume.

Requirements

MD or DO degree.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
Fellowship training in Movement Disorders (completed or in progress).
Arizona medical license or eligibility for licensure in Arizona.

Responsibilities

Practice as a Movement Disorder Neurologist within an outpatient-only setting.
Collaborate with a neuroscience team including stroke, epilepsy, and functional neurology physicians.
Work alongside a co-located spine, brain, and vascular neurosurgery team.
Manage a patient volume of 15-20 patients per day.
Participate in a physician-led organization where clinical input is valued.
Utilize in-house marketing and business development support to grow patient base.
