About The Position

Seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Neurology for a Locum Tenens position in Prescott, Arizona. This outpatient role involves providing clinical consultations for neurology patients, managing established patient visits and follow-ups, administering Botox injections for migraine treatment (if credentialed), performing and interpreting electromyography (EMG) studies, and reading and interpreting EEGs. The position is for supplemental coverage, starting December 7, 2026, and ongoing. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with specific Friday administrative time slots. The average daily patient volume is 25 adults.

Requirements

• Board Certified (BC)
• Active AZ License or compact license
• Active DEA Certification
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• Clean record

• Credentialed to administer Botox injections
