Eisai is a growing pharmaceutical company focused on neurology and oncology, driven by its human health care (hhc) mission to satisfy unmet medical needs. The company is currently undergoing a significant product launch in the U.S. for a treatment aimed at individuals with mild cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer’s disease (AD) or mild AD. The Neurology Account Specialist (NAS) will be a key member of the sales team supporting this launch, responsible for developing and executing business plans within their assigned territory. The primary focus of the NAS will be demand generation through the communication of complex clinical information to customers and stakeholders, aligning with the FDA-approved indication. Additionally, the NAS will educate customers on the simplest patient journey to therapy and utilize strong interpersonal skills to identify and address customer educational needs. The role requires an agile learner with a deep understanding of Alzheimer's disease and the competitive market, who can build trusted relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), office staff, and work cross-functionally while adhering to Eisai's ethical and compliance standards.
