About The Position

Practice neurology the way it should be. Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, with a real lunch hour and not a single page after the workday ends. AI scribes and a full back-office team handle your documentation and patient messages — so you spend your day with patients, not your inbox. This is a multi-subspecialty outpatient clinic with on-site EEG, EMG, and Cath lab. A new in-house imaging center with MRI and CT is coming online at the West Knoxville location. General neurology is welcome; a neurophysiology fellowship is preferred for EMG/EEG reads. There is an optional memory/dementia focus with 15–20 referrals/day already waiting. Optional clinic days at a second location are available for additional compensation. Most neurology jobs come with hospital call, RVU pressure, and EHR purgatory. This one doesn’t. The AI-scribe and back-office model was built specifically so physicians can leave the office at 5 with their notes done — and build a partnership-track practice without burning out by year two.

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE must certify within 1 year of hire)
Tennessee medical license — or willing to obtain
H1B Visa sponsorship available

Nice To Haves

Neurophysiology training a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Ramp from 12–15 patients/day to 20/day over your first 6 months as your panel builds
Perform EMG/EEG reads (if neurophysiology fellowship trained)
Focus on memory/dementia cases (optional)
Work optional clinic days at a second location for additional compensation
