About The Position

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist to help meet the region's growing demand for subspecialty movement disorders care. This role is ideal for fellowship-trained movement disorders specialists, or neurologists with significant movement disorders experience who are looking to build a predominantly movement-focused practice within a highly collaborative outpatient group. The practice is recognized for clinical excellence, compassionate care, and a patient-centered approach, boasting a 4.6-star Google rating. Supported by seven board-certified neurologists, experienced advanced practice providers, dedicated nursing and administrative teams, onsite infusion centers, and comprehensive diagnostic services, you will have the necessary infrastructure to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. The role offers immediate patient demand with 764 movement patients available for transition, a strong referral network, and the opportunity to build a practice focused on Parkinson's disease, atypical parkinsonism, essential tremor, dystonia, Huntington's disease, and other movement disorders, while incorporating DBS programming and botulinum toxin therapy.

Requirements

  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
  • Strong clinical interest and experience in movement disorders
  • Collaborative, patient-centered approach to care

Responsibilities

  • Practice 70-80% movement disorders from the outset.
  • Care for patients with Parkinson's disease, atypical parkinsonism, essential tremor, dystonia, Huntington's disease, and other movement disorders.
  • Incorporate DBS programming and botulinum toxin therapy into practice.
  • Integrate meaningful clinical research into practice.
  • Participate in movement disorders and dementia trials.
  • Provide patient-centered care.
