About The Position

Practice neurology the way it should be. Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, with a real lunch hour and not a single page after the workday ends. AI scribes and a full back-office team handle your documentation and patient messages — so you spend your day with patients, not your inbox. This is a multi-subspecialty outpatient clinic with on-site EEG, EMG, and Cath lab — diagnostics and procedures done in-house without hospital delays or excessive facility fees. A new in-house imaging center with MRI and CT is coming online at the West Knoxville location. General neurology is welcome; neurophysiology fellowship is preferred for EMG/EEG reads. There is an optional memory/dementia focus with 15–20 referrals/day already waiting. Optional clinic days at a second location are available for additional compensation. Most neurology jobs come with hospital call, RVU pressure, and EHR purgatory. This one doesn’t. The AI-scribe and back-office model was built specifically so physicians can leave the office at 5 with their notes done — and build a partnership-track practice without burning out by year two.

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE must certify within 1 year of hire)
Tennessee medical license — or willing to obtain
New graduates strongly encouraged to apply
H1B Visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

See patients in an outpatient setting.
Manage documentation and patient messages with the assistance of AI scribes and a back-office team.
Perform diagnostics and procedures on-site, including EEG and EMG.
Build a patient panel over the first 6 months.
Potentially focus on memory/dementia care.
Optionally work clinic days at a second location.
