Neurologist Needed for BayCare Manatee HealthHub Location (New Market Opportunity)
About The Position
BayCare Medical Group is hiring a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Neurologist for its new Manatee HealthHub location. The outpatient facility is scheduled to open in Summer 2026 on the campus of BayCare Hospital Manatee, a 154-bed hospital scheduled to open in 2028. The role will provide care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Candidates with subspecialty training are also welcome to apply. The neurologist will help establish neurology services in the community before the hospital opens, develop referral relationships and care pathways, integrate with clinical teams, and be prepared to support hospital-based acute and consultative needs when the hospital opens. Tele-neurology will be available; stroke call is not required. The 45,000-square-foot HealthHub will include primary care and specialty services, as well as laboratory and imaging services including 3T MRI, X-ray, CT, PET CT, mammography, DEXA, and ultrasound.
Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
- Ability to obtain a Florida medical license.
