The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Neurologist to join its expanding outpatient neurology practice in Hilton Head, South Carolina. This is a 100% outpatient opportunity offering an excellent work-life balance, strong referral networks, and comprehensive clinical support. The physician will evaluate and manage a broad spectrum of neurological disorders while collaborating closely with primary care physicians, specialists, advanced practice providers, and rehabilitation teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Neurology residency program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
  • Eligible for South Carolina medical licensure

Nice To Haves

  • Outpatient neurology experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient neurological evaluations and consultations
  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of neurological conditions, including headaches, migraines, epilepsy, neuropathy, movement disorders, dementia, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological diseases
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based clinical guidelines
  • Interpret diagnostic studies and coordinate additional neurological testing as appropriate
  • Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to ensure continuity of care
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and disease management
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary care conferences
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on improving long-term neurological health
