About The Position

Abrazo Brain & Spine is seeking a Neurological Spine Surgery Physician to join their exceptional team in the Greater Phoenix area. This is a full-time, employed position with Tenet Healthcare / Abrazo Health, focusing on spine-focused neurosurgery within a collaborative and growing neuroscience program at the nationally recognized Abrazo Arrowhead Campus. You will work alongside experienced neurosurgeons, hybrid neurologists, and a dedicated service line director. Tenet Healthcare provides full operational infrastructure, including billing, credentialing, HR, and marketing, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding surgical care and shaping the future of the program. The role involves a variable schedule of 2-3 days per week split between clinic and OR, with shared call approximately 7-10 days per month. Dedicated PA support is provided, with one PA per attending for both clinic and surgical workflow. The team currently includes 3 neurosurgeons, 7 hybrid neurologists, and 1 interventional neurologist. Dedicated marketing and business development support will assist in building your patient base. The site is Abrazo Arrowhead Campus, a nationally recognized, full-service acute care hospital with accredited chest pain and primary stroke center designations.

Requirements

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Neurosurgery residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
