About The Position

This position assists with the concurrent and retrospective surveillance activities of hospital-acquired infections under the direction of the Infection Control Practitioner. The role involves performing routine monitoring of hand hygiene and isolation precaution compliance, utilizing the Theradoc electronic infection surveillance system for documentation of hospital-acquired infections and state reportable diseases. The position also includes performing other duties as assigned to further the promotion of Infection Control and Robert Packer Hospital policies and quality initiatives.
