The University of Virginia's Division of Student Affairs invites applications for a Networks Coordinator for the Office of African-American Affairs. Position Overview The Networks Coordinator plays a central role in advancing OAAA's mission of connecting students to people, opportunities, and pathways that support their personal, academic, and professional growth. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Networks, the Coordinator helps cultivate a vibrant ecosystem of peer, alumni, faculty, staff, and community connections that enhance student success and belonging. This position supports the development and implementation of programs that strengthen peer-to-peer engagement, foster mentorship and professional networking opportunities, encourage career curiosity and exploration, and connect students to the broader UVA community. The Coordinator will oversee key operational functions while helping expand OAAA's network-based approach to student engagement and support. The ideal candidate is a collaborative relationship-builder, skilled communicator, and student-centered professional who is passionate about creating opportunities for students to connect, explore, and thrive.
