About The Position

The Global Network & Wireless Infrastructure Engineer designs, implements, administers, maintains, and supports wired and wireless network infrastructure across domestic and international company locations. The position is a hands-on technical role combining network engineering, infrastructure administration, project implementation, and operational support. It is responsible for reliable, secure, high-performing connectivity and consistent network architecture, configuration standards, and security practices across facilities. The role requires substantial enterprise Wi-Fi design, deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting experience, primarily with Ubiquiti UniFi, as well as proficiency with Cisco Catalyst switching and Cisco Meraki MX firewalls. The engineer independently designs and implements moderately complex LAN environments, conducts wireless site surveys and RF assessments, resolves complex network issues, and supports connectivity for business-critical applications and operational devices. Domestic and international travel is required for site assessments, installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and infrastructure projects. The role may require occasional evenings, weekends, or work outside normal business hours to support planned maintenance, critical incidents, and international operations. This is not an architecture-only or monitoring role; the successful candidate is expected to design, implement, troubleshoot, and administer network infrastructure hands-on.
