About The Position

L3 Network Technician (Installation) responsible for coordinating with field engineers and vendors for installation activities, understanding and troubleshooting IP Networks, supporting circuit installation execution and basic troubleshooting, monitoring and updating installation tasks through ServiceNow, performing basic configuration and validation activities in Cisco Meraki environments, and ensuring timely updates and communication during installation activities.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Cisco Meraki technologies
• Working experience with ServiceNow interface
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Understanding of remote network installation/support processes
• Good Meraki experience
• Writing Python Scripts

Nice To Haves

• Certification is a plus
