About The Position

Parsons is looking for a Network and Computer Systems Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will support the design, development, integration, operation, and maintenance of complex technology systems, applying advanced expertise to solve unusually complex technical challenges. This position is part of the Federal Solutions team, which delivers resources to US government customers to ensure the success of missions around the globe. Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Poly
  • Minimum 5 years of IT Network Engineer experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related discipline; 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Active DoD 8570 IASAE Level II Certification or higher (ex. CASP+ CE, CISSP, CSSLP )

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of experience
  • Cloud Design and Development
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with SharePoint Platforms (2010, 2013, 2016)
  • Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA and Confluence)
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience with business process automation

Responsibilities

  • Design and define IT networks for new or existing computer systems supporting the command or enterprise.
  • Perform complex systems development and IT infrastructure design work that may include logic network design, physical network design, manufacturing and development cost projections, and IT systems engineering.
  • Evaluate new network technologies and make recommendations to project managers regarding integration of these technologies into the existing network.
  • Develop documentation on new or existing systems.
