The position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all communication systems. Deliver excellent customer service while providing network and desktop support to over 500 devices and 235 users. This include the Windows network infrastructure, including Exchange e-mail and Office 365 apps, internet connectivity, personal computers, printers, and a wide variety of hardware, software, and operating systems needed: cellular and land-line telephones; copiers, scanners, faxes, and audio-visual systems. Administer network firewall, routers, and switches. Researches, assesses and makes recommendations for current and future system enhancements.
