Level 2 networking support contractor handling support tickets from sites all over North America, troubleshooting equipment and calling local people to walk site through equipment reset.
Requirements
- On site
- Basic network (ping, trace)
- Switch troubleshooting (logon, port status)
- Aruba APS Aruba – Troubleshoot connection issues
