About The Position

The Network Support Engineer provides onsite support for Cisco Routing & Switching and Cisco Software Defined Access (SDA) environments in a manufacturing setting. The role monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots network infrastructure to ensure uptime, availability, performance, and security in line with SLAs. It resolves incidents, performs root cause analysis, manages problems, and supports network changes, upgrades, and implementations. The engineer collaborates with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, maintains documentation, and provides operational reports. The position is onsite in Bothell, Washington, and has a stated duration of six months.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Routing & Switching.
• Knowledge of Cisco Software Defined Access (SDA).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in incident resolution and change management.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Bothell, Washington.
