About The Position
This role provides end-user support, initial diagnostics, and vendor coordination. Responsibilities include assisting users with PCs and basic network troubleshooting, performing initial diagnostics for devices like printers (leveraging service contracts), and acting as the team lead for IT support staff across various KY locations. This individual will also serve as the liaison between the plants and corporate IT.
Requirements
- Experience with PC support.
- Proficiency in basic network troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform initial diagnostics for hardware.
- Experience working with vendors.
- Leadership or team lead experience.
- Strong communication skills to liaise between different locations and departments.
