We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Network Security Administrator.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience with LAN/WAN Network Administration, and system management.
  • Understanding of LAN routing, switching, and firewalls.
  • Knowledge and experience in the following areas: patch management, OS upgrades, security, vulnerability scanners, system monitoring, SIEM and endpoint protection.
  • Strong organizational abilities and be capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a professional service attitude.
  • High sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Strong analytical ability and skill in problem solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with IT professionals, vendors and users.
  • Experience in digital security investigations.
  • Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems.
  • Identity and Access Management.
  • CrowdStrike knowledge.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Management Information Systems or related field preferred or combination of coursework and related work experience.
  • CompTIA Security+ Preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and oversee the network security infrastructure.
  • Install, administer, and troubleshoot network security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, and data encryption.
  • Conduct, monitor and manage regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Create and maintain detailed network diagrams and documentation for all network services.
  • Maintain and organize local data center, track equipment and software licenses, maintain equipment documentation and inventory
  • Monitor network traffic and user logs for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents.
  • Monitor resource rights and adhere to best practices of least privilege rights. Review and configure firewall rules.
  • Set up network devices such as switches. Support users in the use of Windows OS and all other system applications.
