About The Position

The Network Performance Manager is a highly visible, externally facing leader who owns relationships with a portfolio of strategically important primary care practices and drives measurable improvement in clinical, financial, utilization, and quality performance. The role includes 25–50% travel to primary care practice sites, remote work from a home office, and occasional travel to Atlanta or Nashville corporate offices for meetings and events.
