About The Position

We are hiring a Network Operations Manager for an onsite position in Suffolk, Virginia. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to radar data integration and IT network implementation/maintenance. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop project plans, monitor progress, and lead technical teams. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance, reporting to senior management, facilitating communication, implementing risk mitigation, troubleshooting technical issues, documenting outcomes, and participating in recruitment.

Requirements

DoD Secret (active) clearance.
CASP certification or Security X.
Cisco Certification (CCNA/CCNP/Security).
10 years of experience, comprised of network operations and network management.
Proven track record in leading successful networking projects from conception to completion.
Ability to learn program-specific data integration concepts and theories.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Cyber Operational Readiness Assessments.
Experience with data analysis and network integration of radar systems.
Understanding of radar data integration and IT network infrastructure.
Previous USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) experience.
Experience in cybersecurity and data protection.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to radar data integration and IT network implementation/maintenance.
