About The Position

Our NOC center in Las Vegas, NV is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented NOC Technician join this rockstar team. In a 24/7 environment, there is always something going on and a friendly face ready to help. This role allows the opportunity to talk to anyone and everyone whether it be internal employees or external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university with at least 1 year of IT Desktop Support experience
• Network certification (i.e. CCNA)
• Excellent communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Network Monitoring Center experience is a big plus
• Wifi Network support experience is a big plus
• Distributed Antenna System (DAS) experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, create tickets, and perform initial triage for issue resolution
• Determine customer impact and urgency of issues
• Escalate or assign tickets to the appropriate team members or engineers when needed
• Own tickets until closure and communicate updates as needed
• Notify internal employees and external customers of any outages
