About The Position
Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is seeking to fill the critical role of Network Operations Center Administrator to monitor and troubleshoot digital billboards across the country. This position is responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting digital billboards to make sure they’re all running at peak proficiency! This position offers on-call pay as it requires one week of on-call nights per month, including 1 Saturday and Sunday shift.
Requirements

- Ability to work independently.
- Customer service experience required.
- Associate's degree or some college preferred.
- Previous technical support experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot digital billboards across the country.
- Identify digital display malfunctions, opening & servicing call tickets accordingly.
- Partner with Digital Technicians in our offices across the company to resolve any digital billboard malfunctions.
- Field internal customer issues.
- Coordinate vendor relationships with digital display manufacturers.
