About The Position

This position is responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting digital billboards across the country to ensure they are running at peak proficiency. The role requires one week of on-call nights per month, including weekend shifts. The NOC Administrator identifies digital display malfunctions, opens and services call tickets, partners with Digital Technicians to resolve issues, fields internal customer issues, and coordinates vendor relationships with digital display manufacturers.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree or some college preferred.
Previous technical support experience preferred.
