About The Position

The Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician is an established and productive contributor responsible for autonomously monitoring and maintaining network and infrastructure systems. The technician works with limited supervision and influences others through clear communication of policies and best practices. This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.

Requirements

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience working with networking technologies, protocols, and monitoring tools.
Experience working with enterprise systems, programs, and procedures.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Must be currently living in Puerto Rico.

Nice To Haves

Certifications such as Network+, CCNA, or similar.
Ability to analyze issues across multiple systems or domains.

Responsibilities

Independently monitor and analyze network performance across diverse systems.
Perform advanced troubleshooting to resolve complex incidents before escalation.
Provide detailed technical documentation and recommended actions.
Contribute to process improvements within the NOC environment.
Support larger, moderately complex operational projects and service initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to drive service reliability.
Explain policies and system behaviors to team members and customers.
