Position Overview The NOC Manager is the designated leader responsible for the day-to-day management, performance, and continuous improvement of the Network Operations Center (NOC) supporting a large-scale, public sector network environment. This role is accountable for 24x7 operations, incident response, service restoration, and resource management, and serves as the single point of contact for all NOC-related issues. The NOC Manager ensures compliance with State and national standards, disaster recovery readiness, and seamless integration with Security Operations (SOC), field services, and executive leadership.
