The Network Manager will be responsible for overseeing the network infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency, security, and alignment with industry best practices. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage large-scale projects and a team of network technicians. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in network management, preferably in a large enterprise or school district environment.
• Extensive expertise and up-to-date knowledge in network infrastructure, network operating systems, and security protocols.
• Experience with configuration and implementation of Cisco Meraki products as well as management through Meraki portal.
• Experience with Cisco Firewall.
• Experience with iBoss content filter.
• Proficiency and hands-on experience with industry-leading networking technologies, including Cisco LAN and Wireless technologies, ISE, WAN-ISP, content filtering.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build strong relationships with technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of various operating systems, including Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, IOS, Android, ChromeOS.
• Knowledge of various online collaboration platforms such as Office 365 and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Network techs and assign work orders.
• Plan and implement large-scale software rollouts with minimum impact on support staff.
• Oversee network infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, security, and alignment with industry best practices.
• Develop and stay current with industry trends in networking.
• Configure and implement Cisco Meraki products and manage them through the Meraki portal.
• Manage Cisco Firewalls.
• Manage iBoss content filter.
