Network Manager HCS
About The Position
MHMR is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Network Manager HCS. This role directly supervises and manages field-based HCS Service Coordinators, ensuring compliance with Remote Work Operating Procedure, Service Coordination Guidelines, HCS Rules, Targeted Case Management, departmental procedures, and handbooks. The Network Manager oversees each person's assigned HCS Service Coordinator, ensuring adherence to TAC guidelines, accessibility to stakeholders, coaching, and monitoring productivity, quality, and performance. Additionally, they act as a liaison to various stakeholders, including people who served, families, HHSC, DSHS, MCOs, NFs, MHMR Tarrant staff, and community members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Health and Human services field
- Five (5) years of experience in a Health and Human services field
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Two (2) years of Supervisory Experience
