We are seeking a highly experienced Network Infrastructure Engineer – SME to support the Alaska Automation Capability (AAC) program, a critical FAA initiative modernizing flight service infrastructure across 17 Alaska Flight Service Stations (FSS). This role serves as the technical authority for network architecture, telecommunications integration, and system digitization – ensuring the delivery of a resilient, scalable, and interoperable communications and automation platform in one of the most operationally demanding environments in the National Airspace System (NAS). The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in VoIP, legacy radio integration, voice switching systems, and enterprise network architecture, combined with a strong background in FAA or aviation-sector systems integration.
