About The Position

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, focusing on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. This involves rethinking every layer of the stack, from acquiring power to designing, building, and operating data centers. The company hires individuals who are deeply committed to this problem space and operate with extreme ownership, velocity, first principles, and a passion for the field. The Network Team is responsible for building the networks that power AI training, including fabrics for large accelerator clusters, backbones between campuses, and ensuring network reliability at scale. They aim to deliver full site networks rapidly through automated processes and model-driven designs.
