About The Position

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Network Data Analyst II to join us in a full-time capacity. The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week. The Network Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining the company’s on-net/near-net building list which leads to future sales opportunities. Will assist the Director of Network Strategy in ensuring that the 500K+ list is accurate. This role is also responsible for generating and auditing Service Level Agreement (SLA) Service Delivery and Assurance reports. This role will drive reduced monthly expenses as it pertains to SLA Credits awarded to Carrier customers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite required.
Ability to drive projects with minimal supervision; ability to hold others accountable; operate with a sense of urgency required.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 3 years of experience related to network performance data is preferred.
Telecom experience is strongly preferred.
Experience communicating with upper management preferred.
Familiarity with Segra’s Network data in OcularIP, SegraOne, Change Manager, GIS, TTS preferred.
Familiar with Carrier Master Service Agreements and the performance requirements associated with each customer preferred.

Responsibilities
