About The Position

The Network Data Specialist II is responsible for accurate, timely maintenance of critical provider information on all claims and provider databases. This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law.

Requirements

Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Previous data entry experience is a plus.
Previous experience working with Provider data preferred.
Previous experience working in a medical office, healthcare, or home health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintains critical provider information on all claims and provider databases.
Synchronizes data among multiple claims systems and application of business rules as they apply to each database.
Validates the data to be housed on provider databases and ensuring adherence to business and system requirements of customers as it pertains to contracting, network management and credentialing.
