About The Position

The Network & Cloud Infrastructure Intern will support the documentation, automation, and monitoring of enterprise network infrastructure to improve visibility, reliability, and performance. The ICE Internship Program combines hands-on work on business projects with practical career and professional development. Interns participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and learn about the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries.

The internship requires full-time, five-day-a-week attendance at the Atlanta office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules. Applicants must select a preferred schedule during the application process; partial participation and alternate dates are not accommodated.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university and advancing to at least junior year of study.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar automation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Available to work full-time, five days a week, at the Atlanta office for the entire duration of one designated program schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with network inventory management, documentation, and topology mapping across enterprise infrastructure.
• Support network monitoring, reporting, and operational analytics to improve visibility and service reliability.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline network administration and data collection tasks.
• Participate in infrastructure projects involving routing, switching, security, cloud connectivity, and data center technologies.
