About The Position

The ICE Internship Program provides hands-on work on impactful business projects alongside practical career and professional development. Interns participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and learn about the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries.

The Infrastructure Observability Intern supports monitoring operations and helps onboard applications into the enterprise monitoring system. The internship requires full-time, five-day-a-week availability at the Jacksonville office for the entire duration of one of the two designated program schedules: May 24, 2027–August 6, 2027, or June 7, 2027–August 20, 2027. Partial participation and alternate dates are not accommodated.

Requirements

• Be currently pursuing a Computer Science degree or equivalent and be at least advancing to the junior year of study.
• Familiarity with networking protocols such as TCP/IP and SNMP.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools.
• Availability to work full-time, five days a week, at the Jacksonville office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules.

Responsibilities

• Process and respond to monitoring requests.
• Validate runbooks and instructions for handling alert and alarm correlations.
• Help automate the determination of monitoring tool fit for various requests and use cases.
• Support onboarding applications into the enterprise monitoring system, including permission handling and workflow verification per company policy.
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned.
