About The Position
Telecommunications Company Based in Forty Fort PA is seeking a Network Admin/VoIP Technician. This role involves training alongside a lead engineer to learn systems and equipment, answering support calls from existing customers, assisting in troubleshooting customer issues and inputting them into a ticketing system, and installing systems at customer sites. Travel is required, normally within a 2-hour radius but occasionally further, with some overnight travel expected.

Responsibilities
- Train along side our lead engineer to learn systems and equipment we deploy.
