Peraton is currently seeking a Network Analytics Analyst to analyze and administer the Army-Wide Network Enterprise, providing services to over a million users throughout the world for both Unclassified and Classified networks. This role involves interfacing with Remote Network Enterprise Centers (RNEC) and Defense Information Systems Agencies (DISA) throughout the country and providing technical assistance. The analyst will install, configure, and maintain network protocols on Cisco and Juniper devices, identify and resolve network connectivity and performance issues, and determine system efficiency, reliability, and compatibility. They will also update network designs, analyze workload, oversee technical assistance during Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI), monitor network performance, and provide advanced troubleshooting. Additionally, the role requires maintaining professionalism in high-stress situations, briefing government officials, protecting networks from unauthorized access, reviewing network documentation, training personnel, and conducting research and development on future technologies to improve network capabilities. The analyst will also update procedures for installation, operation, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
