About The Position

The Network Analyst is responsible for planning, implementing, configuring, and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure. This includes both hardware and software components, with a focus on ensuring network security, performance, and reliability. The role involves direct user support, training, documentation, and proactive monitoring to troubleshoot and resolve network issues, minimizing downtime.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher in a Computer Science or Information Technology related field
  • 2–3 years of experience configuring and maintaining network hardware such as switches and firewalls
  • Proficient with network protocols such as DNS, DHCP, and SNMP
  • Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or Palo Alto networks
