About The Position

At Roche Diagnostics, the mission is to deliver answers to patients by ensuring a complex portfolio of life-saving diagnostic products is delivered to customers efficiently, on time, and complete. This requires a world-class, resilient global supply chain. The Network Analyst will be responsible for the optimization of this supply chain system. This is a fixed-term opportunity running through December 2028, focused on leading digital transformations within the global supply chain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, network optimization, or data analytics with a distinct international focus.
  • Strong, data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to turn complex, chaotic data into elegant supply chain solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep proficiency with integrated planning suites like OMP (including its data and optimization modules).
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP.
  • Experience with master data automation tools (e.g., OMP Data Genie, ADM rules).
  • Experience with data quality platforms like Ataccama.
  • Solid know-how in data preparation, ETL, and visualization using platforms like Snowflake, Alteryx, and Tableau.
  • Experience with SAP analytics environments (SAC, BoA, BW).

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end configuration of our multi-hub global network.
  • Manage and fine-tune complex, parameter-heavy cloud solvers (OMP) to make data-driven decisions on shipping routes, transport modes, replenishment quantities, and global safety stocks.
  • Lead a global, cross-functional data product team as Product Owner, utilizing agile methodologies and Data Mesh principles to design and deliver complex analytics solutions.
  • Pioneer automation solutions across systems, driving data quality and implementing robust data governance frameworks.
  • Integrate mathematical and heuristic optimization logics, advanced solvers, and modern data tech into daily operations.
  • Serve as a core consultant and Subject Matter Expert (SME), bridging the gap between technical data teams and senior leadership, leading global initiatives aligned with Roche’s strategic priorities.
