About The Position

As the Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you will ensure end-to-end supply of photochromic dyes through demand planning, raw material coordination, inventory optimization, and production capacity planning. You will collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, and Customer Service to support production, customer delivery, and new product introductions. You will be onsite in Monroeville, PA and will report to the SSG Planning Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
• 5+ years of planning or supply chain experience in manufacturing setting
• SAP/ERP experience (IBP preferred)
• Advanced analytical, Excel, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Responsibilities

• Manage supply and production planning using SAP (MM/PP/APO/IBP)
• Optimize inventory, safety stock, and raw material supply
• Coordinate production capacity planning and scenario analysis
• Lead SIOP processes and supplier performance reviews
• Mitigate supply risks and improve supplier delivery performance
• Maintain accurate planning/master data (BOMs, lead times, etc.)
• Develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support digital transformation and advanced planning capabilities
• Ensure on-time customer delivery and operational efficiency
