About The Position

The Global Supply Chain Planning Leader is a senior executive responsible for defining and leading the enterprise-wide supply chain planning strategy to ensure optimal service levels, inventory performance, and cost efficiency. This role oversees demand planning, supply planning, sales & operations planning (SIOP / IBP), inventory optimization, and planning analytics across global or regional operations. This role reports directly in Senior Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain. In addition, this role also acts as single point contact for integrated supply chain for one (out of two) of the business unit and works closely. Team size is between 75-80 resources globally with 5-6 direct reports.The role partners closely with executive leadership, commercial teams, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, finance, and IT to align supply chain capabilities with business growth, customer expectations, and financial objectives.

Requirements

• Senior executive experience in supply chain planning
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, SIOP/IBP, inventory optimization, and planning analytics
• Experience partnering with executive leadership, commercial teams, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, finance, and IT
