Responsibilities include performing Network ticket resolution, supporting ticket closure across Network Operations staff, provisioning new network devices, researching errors and incidents, performing incident analysis, routing service requests, performing root cause analyses, and completing problem resolutions. The role also involves the review and implementation of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
