About The Position

Design, evaluate, install, and configure physical and virtual servers, storage networks, networks, operating systems, software, security and communication systems, user devices such as PCs, printer, telephones.

Requirements

• Basic web site design and maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent, computer degree preferred.
• Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Diplomacy and ability to function as a member in a team environment.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Must have ability to work with patience and courtesy in customer relations.
• Experience and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Linux, VMware, SQL server, M365/Entra, AD, networking, and other IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage servers, networks, storage networks, security system and all other IT systems.
• Research and recommend items as needed.
• Oversee daily operations, monitor for issues, trouble shoot and correct issues.
• Provide user support.
• Manage user accounts.
