About The Position

Own the infrastructure. Lead the modernization. Work in one of the most scrutinized, high-expectation public-sector environments in Southern California. A well-regarded public-sector organization in Beverly Hills is seeking a Network Administrator. This is not a caretaker role. The previous incumbent held the seat for 15 years. The organization is now launching major infrastructure upgrades, a data center relocation, and a voice platform migration — and this person will be the technical lead driving that work. Why this role stands out You are the senior technical authority for network, server, wireless, firewall, and infrastructure systems. You direct field technicians and contracted crews — not just configure devices. You own standards, architecture decisions, vendor selection, and project execution. Technology is treated as a strategic capability here, not a back-office cost center. Peers study this environment. Real ownership of multi-site campus networking, next-generation firewalls, enterprise wireless, Cisco Catalyst switching, virtualization, and upcoming modernization projects.
