About The Position

The Network Administrator supports enterprise network infrastructure and system operations at the company's Warren, Ohio location. This onsite role involves designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems, including LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, and server infrastructure. The administrator also supports infrastructure implementation projects, network upgrades, and system optimization while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Business travel may be required for 3–6 months depending on project needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in network administration, server operations, or IT infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco or Juniper networking equipment.
• Experience with WAN circuit provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing and switching, and firewall technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including WAN circuits, LAN/WAN environments, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco or Juniper network devices.
• Monitor network performance and system health to ensure reliability and availability.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify potential network issues before they affect operations.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving routing and switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall systems.
• Support server infrastructure operations and related IT systems.
• Support infrastructure implementation projects, network upgrades, and system optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
