About The Position

As a Tier 3 Network Operations Engineer, you will be continuously challenged to solve complex tasks requiring extensive research, teamwork, and creativity. You will design and deliver solutions requiring a high level of coordination and technical ability. You will write high-level technical documents to articulate problems and solutions to an audience of varying technical backgrounds. In this role, the T3 Network Operations Engineer will be responsible for network implementation and installation of technical projects within a site or locale, facilitating engineering design data calls, and identifying and recommending network changes that enhance operational efficiencies for network monitoring, management, and operations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting network failures and accessibility issues, working independently and in a team, developing network-related implementation and deployment documentation, and developing network designs that meet customer requirements efficiently and effectively. You will lead research and testing of new or modified hardware or software products to determine performance and interoperability, and design and implement new solutions. This role may require travel to other sites for network operations and administration activities and may require unpacking and moving network components of average weight and volume.

CCNA
Active TS/SCI with CI Poly or TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a CI poly prior to starting
High School/GED + 9 Yrs experience
Associates + 7 Yrs experience
Bachelors +5 Yrs experience
Masters + 3 Yrs experience
PhD +1 Yrs experience

Responsibilities
